About Shipping and Handling

As you place the order, we will make the arrangements for shipping the products to you. The schedules of shipping are previously. At the same time, we are liable for any delays in the procedure of shipment. The risk of loss and damage is passed to you as soon as the product is delivered to you. We cannot arrange for reverse shipment because of the unavailability of our logistic partners. In such a case, we might request you to send the products through any kinds of courier services.

Cancellation Policy.

• You can cancel your order until it is marked “Ready to ship”
• your order amount will be refunded after the cancellation request is processed 
• All refunds will be credited to bank account

You can make a refund request if 

• Wrong product delivered to you
• Products gets damaged during transit 
• product qty delivered differs from quantity ordered 
• Replacement product cannot be provided on request 
• cancellation occurs before the product is marked “ready to ship”

You can not make a refund request if :

• Allotted time frame for requesting return elapses
• Any Product part goes missing after delivery
• Defect/damage in product is covered under warranty of manufacturer
• Product is damaged due to misuse 
• there is no photographic evidence of the damage or wrong delivery

Things to remember before making a refund request

• Ensure the product is unused and in original condition 
• Include invoice ,price tag,original packaging,and freebies when returning the product
• Include image of the product

Time Taken to process refund request

• pickup of your original product will take place within 24 hours from the day you make a refund request .
• Refund will take place within 7 business days after your original product has been picked up from the delivery address .
• For your cancelled order ,refund will happen after the cancellation request is processed.
